My stay was plagued by numerous issues. The air conditioning in my room was inadequate, leaving the space uncomfortably warm. Despite several requests for assistance, it seemed no one cared to resolve the issue, which was incredibly disappointing. I also found the amenities lacking, with no beverages provided in the room despite the high price charged for the stay.

We had a lovely stay with our kids! The spacious room offered a fantastic view of the stunning cathedral. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh ingredients and even a chocolate fountain for waffles, which our children absolutely loved.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available.

The breakfast was a standout, featuring a range of high-quality options including freshly baked pastries and organic juices, setting a positive tone for my workdays.

Shower fixtures could use better maintenance.

We stayed in the Executive King Room and it was spacious, which we loved. The decor was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had a huge tub, but the shower was pretty small. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Just felt a bit let down by the club lounge rules—they wouldn’t let us take drinks outside, which was a bummer after a long day. Still, it was mostly a chill stay.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights and loved having a comfy King Guest Room with a nice street view of the city. The relaxing rooftop terrace and cozy lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just a minor thing, the beds were a bit too firm for my taste, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

Just a perfect match for a whistle-stop in Antwerp with all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast was discounted, which worked out well. If you need something specific, ask at the front desk—they may accommodate you.
